By accessing the Feral Bloom website and placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement with us. These terms govern your purchase of our custom arrangements and your use of our digital boutique. If you do not agree to these artistic and commercial standards, please refrain from using our services.
Substitution Policy
Nature is unpredictable and beautiful. At Feral Bloom, we prioritize the freshest, most seasonal blooms. While we always strive to match the requested aesthetic, we reserve the right to substitute specific stems based on availability in the 90210 area. Rest assured, the market value, color palette, and "Feral" style will always be maintained or elevated.
Delivery Terms
We provide exclusive delivery across Beverly Hills and surrounding Los Angeles zones. Deliveries are typically scheduled between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If the recipient is unavailable, our couriers will attempt to find a secure, shaded location. We are not responsible for floral degradation if an arrangement is left outdoors per recipient instructions.
Payment Info
All orders are processed securely. We accept major credit cards and digital payments. Prices are reflective of the bespoke nature of our work and the luxury quality of our source gardens.
Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our art, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery to qualify for a full refund. Same-day orders are final sale.
Intellectual Property
All floral designs, photography, and text on this site are the exclusive property of Feral Bloom. Reproduction of our bespoke arrangements or digital assets without express written consent is prohibited. Our organic brand identity is our most protected asset.
